Modern double room, large beds. Great amenities like a balcony, a terrace, and a carpet.

What a relaxing stay, no reason to complain. Perfect hotel, GOOD breakfasts, excellent location on the island or along the coast. Spotless room with large bed and hypo-allergenic pillows. Clean private bathroom.

The well-maintained and modern room with a balcony was enjoyable. All the staff were very pleasant and efficient, providing good service during my 5 nice sunny nights here. Additionally, it was convenient to park my car nearby, and the hotel is located only 0.5 miles away from the airport.

Satisfactory breakfast, a huge variety of food and beverages. Comfy, new-fashioned room with large wardrobe and a balcony, for example.

There are restaurants and cafes around the hotel in the town. The sea is clean.
The hotel did not change the bed sheet for three days. The towels were changed after asking for it. No shampoos. There are too many stairs in the hotel. Not convenient for family with small kids or elder people. Bathroom was stinking. There is a bad smell in the hotel. Parking is problematic. They keep the doors on the beach floor locked. The restrooms were locked also to force the guests to climb 2 floors by stairs to use the restroom, very primitive. The senior lady in the receptionis very rude and needs to be reminded that she works in the "service" sector.. Hotel is charging guests extra 35 kunas for each sunbed on its own balcony. Check in time late. Check out time (10:00) is the earliest I have seen. Breakfast time ends at 9:30. Everywhere, there are warnings written by management, 'don't put your own drinks in the minibar or they will thrash it, don't take food from the breakfast buffet or you will be charged for it, don't this, don't that". Such approach is similar to a workers camp from socialistic times 40 years ago. Everywhere it says that the hotel is managed/owned by a company called Finvest. Apparently, they don't give a damn about customer satisfaction but wants to suck the most cash from them without investing in very basic quality services. (as seen in their mandatory exchange rate in billing from Kuna to EUR) They are using the fact that most tourists would like to come in August and there is not enough options. Very expensive room rates given the poor service it offers. Would not recommend this hotel. Go somewhere else. Or be prepared to get frustrated.

No parking. No hot water. No Internet. Crowded, unpleasant beach. Not worth the price. Go somewhere else.

When you exit from the hotel the sea is in front of you. There are a lot of charming restaurants and bar right next to the hotel. YOu can do sports as well. Nice place for having fun with friends.
The beach is not so big. In th Island of Krk there is better beach, not so far away.

Right next to the beach in the centre of Nijivice.
Wi-Fi prices are expensive - even just to use it in reception. Parking is not really convenient. More of a family hotel than suitable for couples.

Nice and clean hotel only a few steps from the seaside. There is a plenty of parking space available.
No microwave or similar to warm up dishes for young children. Breakfast only until 9.30 o'clock. Quite early for a holiday stay.

Location is right on the beach.
The hotel is built with small windows. Many rooms do not have seeview or balcony. Early breakfast ends at 9.30 (one morning they turned out the lights at 9.30). Not possible to have braekfast outdoor, however a beautiful view from the breakfastroom.

Half of reception staff was not trained well. Neither large efforts nor qualified help for a vehicle breakdown from the reception staff, help had to be organized by ourselves. Reception kept passports until check- out, which I do not like for several reasons (personal freedom, security issues, not to be treated as a guest,...) eventhough the the rooms were booked and paid by a valid credit card and one in advance (different booking agent)

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. Situated right on the promenade, it offers stunning views of the coast and the surrounding area. Whether you're enjoying the beach or relaxing on your balcony with a drink, you'll always have a perfect view.
Everything at this hotel was just perfect.
